Q. Where are Muskegon Community Concerts performances held?

A. All performances are held at the Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts, Muskegon, MI 49440 (corner of 3rd and Western).

Q. What are 2009-2010 Season Membership Ticket Prices?

A. Our Membership Campaign runs from February 21 until April 30, 2009. Membership prices are time-sensitive.

Adult - 2/21-3/31-$5 Off * - $60; 4/1-4/30 - $65; 5/1 and after - $80

Student/Child - 2/21-3/31- $15; 4/1-4/30 - $15; 5/1 and after - $15

2 Adults & Child(ren) - 2/21-3/31 - $135; 4/1-4/30 - $145; 5/1 and after - $175

1 Adult & Child(ren) - 2/21-3/31 - $75; 4/1-4/30 - $80; 5/1 and after - $95

Patron seating as available and recognition in Program for donation of $35 or more per order.

Benefactor recognition for $75 to $149

Q. How do I purchase a season membership or get an order form?

A.
• Preferred Method: In the spring, bring your check or credit card to one of the remaining concerts this season and purchase your membership at our campaign table in the newer Frauenthal lobby facing Western Ave.

• Mail an order form with a check or credit card number to our office (address listed above),

• Call our office and place your order over the phone using Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

• Visit our website at www.muskegonconcerts.org to print an order form that can be mailed to our office with your check or credit card number.

• Stop by our office to pick up a form or place an order in
person.

• After May 1, season ticket prices increase to box office prices. Ticket requests may be mailed to our office at 587 W. Western.

• After June 1, season memberships and individual (single) concert tickets may be purchased at the Frauenthal Box Office at 427 W. Western, Muskegon, MI 49440, phone 727-8001. The Box Office is open 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon. through Fri., and also two hours prior to every show until ½ hour after the show begins. Individual Adult Ticket Prices for each concert $30. Senior rate (age 65+) $25. Student rate $5. Group rate $15 per ticket for groups of 10 or more.

Q. How do I get a $5 discount coupon?

Prior to March 31, each adult season ticket will be discounted $5. Your payment and registration form must be received by March 31, 2009. (Discount coupon not required.) (Any $5 overpayment during this promotion will be put toward a donation to MCCA and will not be refunded.)

Q. Will I receive a receipt for my purchase of a season membership?

A. We will not be mailing you a receipt. Your canceled check or credit card statement will be your receipt for your membership. If you made an additional donation, you will be sent a letter at the end of December for your tax-deductible contribution.

Q. When will I receive my tickets for this season?

A. Your season tickets will be mailed to you in September. (The first concert is Sat., Oct. 10, 2009.)

Q. Are my tickets for assigned seats?

A. All seats are general seating, however, members who give an additional donation of $35 or more may sit in sections reserved for patrons. When giving an additional donation, all tickets on an order will be patron tickets. You may make a tax-deductible contribution as a Patron (Giving categories: $35; $75; $150; $500, Concert Underwriter $2500+).

Q. What do I do if I lose my tickets or forget them on the day of the performance?

A. Your order is on file with the Frauenthal Box Office. They will replace your ticket(s) as a courtesy to you however, there will be a $.50 fee for each replaced ticket.

A. The Muskegon Community Concert office is a shared office space with Muskegon Summer Celebration at 587 W. Western, Muskegon, MI 49440.
